Return & Refund Policy

At Dumb Designes, every item is uniquely made-to-order just for you. Because we use a print-on-demand fulfillment model and do not hold inventory, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for buyer's remorse, or if you ordered the incorrect size or color.

Please refer to the detailed size charts available on every product page to ensure you get the perfect fit before placing your order.

Damages and Manufacturing Issues We stand by the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item you received is defective, damaged, has a poor-quality print, or if you received the wrong item entirely, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at sales@dumbdesignes.com to report an issue.

To resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase.

  • Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Once we receive your email and photos, we will evaluate the issue and make it right. In most cases involving a manufacturer defect, you will not need to ship the item back to us.

Order Cancellations and Modifications Because our products are made to order, production usually begins shortly after your purchase. If you need to cancel or change your order (such as updating a size or shipping address), please contact us at sales@dumbdesignes.com within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has entered the production phase, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items As all our items are custom-made upon order, they are classified as non-returnable personalized goods. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds (If Applicable) If your request for a refund due to a defective or damaged item is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at sales@dumbdesignes.com.
